Hookahsmith – Hookah Generator for Blender

Hookahsmith builds detailed, photoreal hookahs inside Blender: a hand-made Egyptian brass shisha with four engraved chambers, a short Syrian argileh with walnut sections and a Bohemian painted base, a tall Ottoman nargile, a machined stainless steel hookah with a heat management device, a glowing acrylic LED hookah, a pocket travel mini, a four-hose lounge piece or a gilded Arabic show hookah with a fretwork wind cover and tassels. Pick one of 49 designs and change anything; the hookah rebuilds live.

Every part is there, at real size. The glass vase holds water at any level, with the downstem reaching into it, an optional diffuser and a limescale ring on used pieces. The stem has its grommet, chambers, beads and discs, hose ports, a purge valve with its steel ball, a tray and the bowl grommet. On top sits an Egyptian clay bowl, a phunnel, a vortex or a Turkish lüle with packed tobacco, covered by punched foil, a screen or a heat management device, with coconut coals that glow. Hoses sag naturally from the port to the floor and curl, or hang from the tray, ending in wood, ornate metal, modern or acrylic handles.

Materials are photoreal PBR from scanned textures: brass, copper, gold, nickel, stainless, chrome, black or anodised metals with hand-chased engraving, clear, tinted, smoked, frosted, crystal, gradient, etched and Bohemian painted glass, terracotta, glazed or silicone bowls, leather, velvet, braided or silicone hoses. A condition switch turns any design from new to used to worn.
