Zeg's Blender Addon Store

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Zeg's Blender Addon Store collects, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is Zahit Erdem Güzel (details on the Contact page). Visitors in Türkiye can read the Turkish notice under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) on the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni page.

What we collect and why

  • Your email and order (product, price, date, order number): to deliver your download link, send it again when you ask, support you and keep the records that tax and commercial law require. Legal basis: performing our contract with you and our legal obligations.
  • Payment: handled entirely by iyzico. We never see or store your card details. iyzico's privacy policy applies to the payment.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and download counts, to keep the store secure and prevent abuse of download links. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
  • Marketing source: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags, ad click ids, referrer), stored with your order so we know which ads work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
  • Advertising cookies: only with your consent, the Meta (Facebook, Instagram) pixel, Google tags (Google Ads, YouTube, Analytics) and the X pixel measure our ads. We may send a hashed (unreadable) version of your email to Meta and Google to match purchases to ads. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. You only receive emails about your own orders.

Who processes data for us

iyzico (payments, Türkiye), Cloudflare (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery), Render (hosting) and, with your consent, the ad platforms above. Several of these providers store data outside Türkiye and the EU, mainly in the United States. We transfer data to them only as needed to run the store and under the safeguards the law requires (standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 10 years, as Turkish commercial and tax law requires. Marketing source data is kept with the order. Advertising cookies expire as described in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, ask who it was shared with, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@example.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
