Delivery & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Delivery

All products are digital downloads. There is no shipping and no shipping fee. Right after your payment is confirmed, the download link appears on your order page and is sent to the email you entered, usually within a minute. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or use Find my downloads.

Right of withdrawal

Our addons are digital content delivered instantly. Under Turkish law (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği, article 15(1)(ğ)) and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has been delivered with your consent. You give that consent when you tick the box before paying.

Our refund promise

We still want you to be happy with every addon. If an addon does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@example.com with your order number. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with through iyzico within 14 days of approving your request. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more business days to show on your statement. Your download link is switched off after a refund.

Before you ask

Most problems are fixed in minutes: an old Blender version (4.2 or newer is needed) or a zip that was unzipped before installing. Tell us what happened and we will help.
