Manhole & Drain Generator

Manhole & Drain Generator builds the cast iron under every street, right inside Blender: round sewer and storm covers, square and double triangular covers, multi-part duct covers, recessed covers filled with pavers or setts, checker plate hatches, concrete slabs, composite telecom covers, gas and water valve boxes, hydrant and electric box covers, road gully grates, bicycle-safe inlets, curved vane grates, catch basins, round yard drains, trench drains, slot drains, heel-guard grates and tree grates around a trunk.

Each fixture sits in its frame in a real piece of street: asphalt patch or concrete collar, a ring of setts, granite or concrete curbs with a gutter, a dropped kerb with tactile paving, curb openings and iron hoods, a wall with a downspout, puddles, fallen leaves and a painted "drains to river" stencil. Open the cover and look down the brick shaft with its step irons or ladder.

Cast patterns are endless: waffle grids, diamonds, studs, honeycomb, tread plate, rings, spokes, spirals, waves, wave scales, arc mazes and art covers with blossoms, leaves and fish in enamel colors, plus ring lettering, medallions and 17 generic emblems.
